Spring has sprung and our Cape Cod Paradise is glowing!

We have had more rain and snow this winter than ever before and Ashumet Pond is lapping over our rear garden. Barbara, Steve, and Clara are ready to return to Mashpee, May 6th. Barbara broke her leg in Croton this winter and was trapped at the big inn. Steve drove up with most of the belongings taken to Croton last fall last week. He reports that the peepers are singing and the bull frogs are sunning themselves on the front steps. Plans to bring Barbara back this week present the logistical challenge of traveling with two year old twins: lots of equipment. Our handyman, Frank, has done the spring clean-up. The perennials are blooming and Barbara can’t wait to pick out annuals at the nursery. We expect a really beautiful season and very happy guests.
